We ship our products with DHL Express Courier, it is a door to door Service. Delivery takes between 3 to 5 days. We can also coordinate shipping with the courier of your preference.

Shipping charges are not included in your order. The delivery cost of your order will be calculated according to the total overall weight and destination postcode. Note: Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations.

Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Customs, Duties and Other Fees for International Orders: Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Notice ALQO WASI is not responsible for items damaged or lost during customs inspection in transit.

Postal delivery date may vary according to the country of destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking information.

Please notice our products are individually handmade, all sizes given must be considered as approximations, and minor imperfections and slight variations in color or design from items selected should be expected.

For damaged or defective items you must contact us within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges require a prior coordination with ALQO WASI.

Products must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.

Custom ordered items are not eligible for exchange. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier and retain your receipt.
