We will send you a wholesale quotation and order code for the items you wish to purchase. After this you can login into our secure online payment site.

Processing your order
Each order is individually hand made for each customer. Most of our orders will be ready to ship after 3 to 4 weeks, this will depend on quantity and selected products. Delivery date may vary according to each country. If your product will take longer than expected we will notice you.

Cancellation Policy
Once Visanet has processed your payment, ALQO WASI Peruvian Dogwear will not accept any changes or cancellation in your order.

Return/ Exchange Policy
At ALQO WASI Peruvian Dogwear we try our best to make sure that our clients and their pets are happy and satisfied with our products. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Please notice our products are individually handmade, all sizes given must be considered as approximations, and minor imperfections and slight variations in color or design from items selected should be expected.

• All returns/exchanges require a prior Return Authorization from ALQO WASI Peruvian Dogwear, no exceptions will be made.
• All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.

• For damaged or defective items you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will take back that item and replace it with the original product, with no additional charge or if you want a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
•  Custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
•  For your security, please return your items with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. ALQO WASI Peruvian Dogwear is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• Transaction Visa fee (5%) is no refundable.

Shipping Policy

• For small orders, we ship our products by Express Mail Service (EMS), a function of the Peruvian postal service operated in cooperation with postal services throughout  the world.
• Shipping charges are not included. The delivery cost of your order will be calculated according to the total overall weight and destination postcode. Note: Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations.
• Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.

• We can ship to international addresses, these orders are final sale.
• Notice ALQO WASI Peruvian Dogwear is not responsible for items damaged or lost during customs inspection in transit.
• Each purchase order is especially hand made for you in the Peruvian Andean Mountains. Allow 25 to 30 days for you order to be ready to ship. If we have your product before or later than this time, we will inform you.
• Postal delivery date may vary according to the country of destination.
